The Obligatory Welcome Page

Welcome to Peter Pike’s official website.  Peter is a writer, musician, poet, animator, philosopher, computer programmer, and smartass all wrapped up in a one-a-day pill (now with added Beta-carotene!). When he’s not out shamelessly destroying Gaia, Peter can be found playing video games.  His current favorite is Eve Online, but to keep his alliance from being constantly war-deced he’s not going to tell you what his character’s name is.  This wouldn’t be a problem if he would just drop a pair and join a PvP corp, but since he’s a wuss he’ll probably stay in his carebear corp forever.  Stinkin’ mission runners…

Oh well.  Since you can’t war-dec him, Peter does have his own YouTube channel you can mock him at.  It is located at http://www.youtube.com/user/pwpike for those who are brave enough to look at all the random crap he’s spewed out there.  Since Peter likes poetry and music, it’s no surprise that he writes songs.  What is surprising is that he lacks the dignity to refrain from posting them—please note that the list of things Peter does in the first paragraph does NOT include “sing well.”  It should probably also include “doesn’t care about other people’s feelings” but maybe that’s already covered under “smartass.”

Not to change the subject, but Peter’s motto for writing is: “If you write for no reason you have no reason to write.”  I think that means he’s going to spend his life on top of a random mountain giving advice to freaks.  See, he’s already doing that!  His advice to others who wish to write is: “Write fast, edit slow.”  Hey, know what else is cool?  If you put a quarter in his mouth and pull his right arm, he’ll kick your ass.  For free!  (Well, I mean, it’ll cost you your quarter, but who’s counting?)
